ClinTrack Hours does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on any server. All data you enter — including hour logs, semesters, sites, supervisor names, and notes — is stored only in your device's local storage.
We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising identifiers, or third-party SDKs. We do not have access to your data. If you uninstall the app or clear its storage, your data is permanently deleted.
Exports (PDF or CSV) are generated on your device and saved or shared by you at your discretion. Exports may pass through services chosen by you (email, messaging, file sharing) per the policies of those services.
Nothing. The app does not transmit any data off your device.
The app may request permission to save files (for PDF/CSV export) and access the share sheet (to send exports to email or other apps). It does not request access to contacts, location, photos, microphone, or any other sensitive system service.
The app is intended for clinical trainees and pre-licensed clinicians, who are adults. The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, regardless of age, because it does not collect data at all.
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be reflected in app store listings.
